ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bestftinc, operated by BEST FURNITURE, INC., we understand that customers may need to modify or cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellation requests are accepted while allowing us to maintain efficient processing and delivery of all seed orders.

WHEN CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
If an order has already been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer available.
To improve the chance of approval, requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders marked as Final Sale or Non Cancellable do not qualify for cancellation.
Cancellation may also be refused if the order is already in transit or if suspicious or irregular activity is detected.

HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION

Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@bestftinc.com.
Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for cancellation.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will review the request and respond with confirmation within 1 business day.

REFUND TIMELINE

After approval, the full payment will be returned to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Funds generally appear in the original account within 5 days depending on your financial institution.
If the order has already shipped, customers should follow the procedures described in the Refund Policy after receiving the package.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Customers are encouraged to carefully verify order details before completing payment.
If the request is due to duplicate orders or incorrect address information, please provide complete details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
BEST FURNITURE, INC. reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
