At Bestftinc every seed order is prepared with care and attention
This policy explains how orders are processed shipped and supported from checkout through delivery

Order Processing Time

All seed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time

During peak seasons sales events or promotional periods order preparation may take slightly longer
If a notable delay occurs customers will be notified by email as soon as possible

Shipping Services and Transit Time

To ensure dependable delivery we work with trusted domestic carriers

After shipment the estimated delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days depending on destination and carrier operations

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control

Once an order is shipped a tracking number will be sent by email so shipment progress can be monitored

Shipping Coverage

Shipping is available within the United States only

Shipping to US territories and PO Box addresses is not available at this time

Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value over 50 USD qualify for free shipping

Orders under 50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout

From time to time limited shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website

Delays and Carrier Responsibility

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes delays may occur due to weather carrier disruptions or high volume shipping periods

Bestftinc is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
However we are always happy to assist customers with tracking shipments and coordinating with carriers when delivery concerns arise

Packaging and Order Protection

All seed products are carefully packaged to preserve quality and reduce the risk of transit damage

If an order arrives damaged incorrect or incomplete please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Each request will be reviewed and resolved according to our return and exchange policies
Appropriate solutions may include a replacement or other suitable resolution
