Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 15 days after successful delivery

To qualify for a refund seeds must be unopened unused and kept in original intact packaging

Products must not be custom made or marked as final sale

Seeds must remain free from damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

A full refund will be issued when the issue is determined to be the responsibility of Bestftinc

This may include situations such as receiving incorrect seed varieties

Seeds that arrive damaged

Order fulfillment or shipping errors

To begin a refund request please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order

All requests are reviewed carefully
You will receive a response within 1 business day confirming eligibility and next steps

Returning Items When Required

If a return is approved the item must be shipped back within 3 days after approval

A trackable shipping method must be used

Once the returned seeds are received and inspected refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days

Shipping Costs and Responsibility

For customer initiated returns such as a change of mind

Original shipping fees are non refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

For issues caused by Bestftinc including product quality problems or shipping errors

All shipping costs including original and return shipping will be fully covered by us

Additional Notes

Please keep your return tracking information until the refund process is completed

Requests submitted after 15 days or not following the required steps may not qualify for a refund

Returned items that fail inspection may be considered ineligible
