At Bestftinc we stand behind the quality and condition of every seed order
If an issue is identified upon delivery our exchange policy is intended to provide a fair and timely resolution
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange may be approved only when the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery
Eligible situations include seeds damaged during transit
Orders where the wrong seed variety or incorrect quantity was received
Seeds that arrive clearly defective or unusable upon delivery
The issue must not be caused by improper storage handling or use after delivery
Exchange Restrictions
Exchange requests will not be accepted in certain situations
This includes changes of mind or personal preferences such as expectations related to color size taste or growth results
Germination issues resulting from planting methods soil quality watering practices or environmental conditions are not eligible
Requests submitted more than 15 days after the delivery date cannot be approved
Items clearly marked as final sale or non returnable are excluded from exchange
How to Request an Exchange
To begin the exchange process please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order

Your request should include your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the seeds and original packaging
All requests are reviewed carefully
You will receive a response within 1 business day confirming approval status and whether a return is required
Returning Items When Required
If a return is necessary a return address will be provided by our team
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method
Once the returned seeds are received and inspected a replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days
Tracking details will be provided once the replacement shipment is sent
Shipping Cost Responsibility
When an exchange is approved due to an error by Bestftinc including damaged items or incorrect shipments
All shipping related costs will be fully covered by us
When an exchange is approved for other eligible reasons
Both return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Packaging Requirements
Original packaging should be retained whenever possible
Seeds returned without proper protective packaging may become damaged during transit
Exchange requests may be declined if damage occurs due to insufficient or improper packaging
