Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 15 days after confirmed delivery of your order.

To qualify for a refund, seeds must be unopened, unused, and kept in their original, intact packaging. Seeds must remain free from damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

A full refund will be issued when the issue is determined to be the responsibility of Bestftinc.

Returning Items When Required

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.

Once the returned seeds are received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.
